Here at Hardison Mill Farm, our Woodland/Pasture Hogs produce the highest quality pork possible. Our hogs thrive outdoors with fresh air, sunshine, and wooded pastures – the way pigs were created to live. Rooting up roots, foraging for acorns, and grazing in our pastures, they thrive on a natural forest diet supplemented with NON-GMO, No Corn, No Soy feed. This wholesome diet results in pork that's not only better for the pig's well-being but also for the environment and for you.
We're currently accepting deposits for hogs ready in the summer of 2024, as well as throughout the following year's spring, summer, and fall months. Reserve your share of our premium Woodland-Raised Pork and experiencing the true taste of Tennessee.

THIS IS A DEPOSIT
- Above you will choose the size of share you would like (available is HALF & WHOLE), and choose the preferred pick up season, depending on availability.
- You will then continue to checkout and pay your deposit which will reserve your share of a pig. We will send you a cut sheet where you can customize the specific cuts that work best for your family.
- We will drop off and pick up from the processor, and contact you to schedule a pick up date here on the farm. On that date, you will pay the remaining fee minus your deposit.
- We will accept Cash or Venmo for the remaining balance.
- As the month you have chosen draws near, we will send you an email confirming an exact pick up date and time.
Final costs and average pounds are as follows:
- Whole Hog ($850) : 130 - 150 lbs
- Half Hog ($450) : 60 - 75 lbs
