2Country4Nashville (Complementary CD with every ticket purchased) 7:00PM
It's a Concert! It's a CD Release Party! And you're invited! Join 2Country4Nashville, Jo-el & LeAnne, for a VERY SPECIAL night of "ALL ORIGINALS" as they share their brand new CD of all original music. You'll hear the stories behind the songs in this intimate venue & setting. LeAnne & Jo-el chose the Homestead Hall to do this special show because of the inspiration they received years ago after seeing & hearing Joey+Rory for the first time on CMT's "Can You Duet". In fact they were who inspired them to audition for the show the next season! And THAT is where they got their name, 2Country4Nashville....Fast forward 11 years now.
Known as “the little country duo that could”, 2Country4Nashville’s husband and wife, Jo-el & LeAnne are so passionate about keeping traditional country music alive that they graciously accepted the comment/criticism years ago that they were “too country”, and the name of their duo was born! (They'll share this story at the show!)
Theirs is a modern-day love story with chapters that could be mistaken for an adult version of The Little Engine That Could. Jo-el and LeAnne are the embodiment of perseverance and what it means to not only chase a dream but to make it come true. They don’t know how to quit, and they don’t take no for an answer. They just keep on moving forward, climbing the mountain, singing, and strumming. In fact, they've built their success on the word no, using it as a mere stepping stone to get to the next yes.
The couple have traveled to and represented the U.S.A. in Miri, Malaysia for their annual "Miri Country Music Festival". They've played in Orebro, Sweden for the "Live at Heart" Music Festival, and they toured many years in eastern Canada and Nova Scotia. Of course they've toured all over the U.S.A. and have performed for Carnival Cruise line as their "country duo" during the past 5 years. The duo's first three CDs can be found on their website and streaming sites. (www.2Country4Nashville.com)
Today, the duo sells out theaters with a loyal following that “shows up and shows out” wherever they play. Through non-stop touring, they have gained a following the size of Texas. It’s not uncommon for some of their fans to hop in the car and drive 1,000 miles for a show.
In rhinestone-studded suits and custom cowboy boots, they show up and deliver their unique brand of real country music to anyone with ears to hear. They know the power of a song and most importantly how to connect with every person in the crowd. Meet them once, and they’ll never forget you. 2Country4Nashville is pure showbiz, with bells and whistles and silly antics on stage. But, in all seriousness, it’s much more. It’s two people singing their hearts out — inviting the world to sing along. And we all could use a little more of that.
